[0.9.9.2] Minor sound bug
Thexare:
Lost Souls use the Demon "hurt" sound. I'm in the middle of a game right now, so I can't toy with the files to try to find the right one, but the sound.lua file is pointing to the Demon sound filename. Copy-paste error?
Game Hunter:
All of the demon-like enemies have the same sound when they take damage. If anything it's a bug in the previous version that this was NOT the case.
Speaking of sound-based bugs, though, I still get that weird but cool pitch-changing music...although I think I isolated it this time.
- Use some of Simon's music
- End the game in some way
And then you get the sweet warpy effects. But maybe it's just me, I'm hoping someone else can duplicate it.

Game Hunter - you reported this in the betas as well, and I still don't think anyone has been able to duplicate it. What sound card are you using? Are there any known bugs with it? 'cause I'm stumped with your problem. =/

I have the same effect - using Demons sounds with Lost Soul.
It looks like what happens after you enter Hell Arena.
And I do not hear a sound when pull any switches ...

As Gargulec said lost souls using demon sounds is intended - it's the way it is in vanilla doom - previous versions had wrong sounds bound in some cases. As for levers - there should be some sound,l if not then it's probably some bug with soundbind system since lever.use has a bind.
