Weird. I found one of those in HNTR.

You can find some of them in HNTR for sure. But if you want some miniscule probability of knowing how to make some of the higher assemblies without having to test the many combinations, you may need to beat it on HMP+.
As an incentive, let's just say some of the higher assemblies are really game-breaking, which makes it even more delicious when you can actually assemble the thing.
=P
Game Hunter:
Yeah I griped about this in back in I think Beta 3. There's something to find that makes searching for recipes go a LOT faster, and I happened to exploit (read: savescum) it in order to test as many of the items as possible (balance-wise). In fact, the assault rifle used to be BETTER but I asked for it to be toned down on account of its ridiculousness back then.
This isn't much of a spoiler, but if you want to be completely left in the dark on assemblies don't click.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)All but one of the basic assemblies use the common four, and I was able to learn all of those by guesswork alone. Some are pretty obvious, some aren't, but as long as you hit Chained Court and Hell's Armory you should be able to make a few easy. I would suggest playing on an easier difficulty (maybe do some quick Bronze/Silver challenge modes) and simply start testing. A lot of the advanced assemblies, on the other hand, require mod packs outside of the four, but those that don't are surprisingly easy to figure out. As for the only master assembly I discovered, that's got THREE uncommon mod packs alone, so they're probably meant for Ao100.
To be fair, assault rifle is a perfect match to Ammochain because of its accuracy and little else. If this were an Intuition/Cateye build I'd almost certainly stick with plasma instead, and MAYBE have one around in case cells were low. There are better uses for its mod parts though, given the circumstances.
I had a similarly good run that reached level 23, but due to an awesome item and its *cough* unusual properties, I ended up digging a hole that I couldn't get out of (and the Arach cave did NOT help).

Heh, one of them was so game-breaking it actually DID break the game. Well, more like I bent the game backwards. Don't wanna go into too much detail but I'm just glad I could check it before it was released.
Fanta Hege:
To be honest the assemblies should have get a wiki entry sooner or later, considering you can appereantly just farm the recipes anyway and its pretty silly to assume everyone would want to go through all the combinations willingly.
Even though I've personaly been attempting to do some assemply farming runs, I highly doubt there's many people crazy enough to go through all the grind to find the things.
I do apploud you on this run though! Conquerer AND a full win sure is pretty awesome combination.

The nice thing about the basic assemblies is that if you don't have Whizkid, you can test a lot of possibilities without using your mods up, and the name gives you a good hint of where to start. With the advanced/master, your whizkid will allow you to put incompatible mods on, and only once you place all 3/4 will you find you've erred.
