Angel of Purity = no shematics?

Const:
In AoP, I find energy pistol shematics, but can't get them, because it's powerup.

Game Hunter:
Can't say it's really a bug since they ARE meant to be a powerup. You can't get the BackPack, either.

Tavana:
This is exactly as intended.
