A couple of new keybinding/targeting requests

At one point I heard talk of letting the player bind custom functions to keys. It would be nice to be able to bind <shift>+<direction> keys and be able to check whether or not the player is in targeting mode. What I'd like to be able to do is bind the <shift>+<direction> keys to only move the targeting cursor, possibly entering targeting mode if convenient. With the amount of corner shooting required for UV Ao100, I'm getting really sick of dying when I stared walking around a corner when I want to be shooting around that corner. I'd much rather die to a tactical error than a typo.

It'd also be nice if the targeting cursor remembered the last target, regardless of whether or not it could be seen, but for some reason I thought that was already shot down.

Let's face it, corner shooting is very important and the source of aggravating mistakes for many players.
