Considering it is BETA 1, I'm inclined to call it not so legit, since there are some rather major changes to some of the mechanics of map generation that needs to be tested.

Well done regardless of legitimate-ness (legitimatality?). I was actually pretty surprised to not see you invest in your new trait possibilities. Though with the Scythe you probably didn't need to.

I really do enjoy those new features as well. They not only make the game a bit easier at the very beginning, it feels a lot more like Doom. :)
