New BBC tag for Post Mortem section!

I created a new tag for the DoomRL Post Mortem section :). Just put your post mortem (only the post mortem + (**) or short comments) between mortem tags:

--- Code: ---[mortem]
file goes here...
[/mortem]

--- End code ---

And you will have a nicely formated Post Mortem File :D.
