Well I gotta say I liked it. After nuking it was...less interesting, mostly because there was absolutely no cover so I survived from one invincibility to the next, but the large variety of enemies kept things going. Bruiser demon's awesome; diabloist needs a buff for I love the attack, belphegor shows up surprisingly early for how rarely you see him, suicide skulls are hilarious. If it's possible to tone down the number of Arch-viles, it'd help speed up the pace (or, possibly, give them a huge buff but scale up the threat level accordingly).
Played a pretty standard rapid-fire build, nothing fancy here (other than a lack of MAc, I guess). Fully modded chaingun made sure I could get tons of ammo from captains, eventually picked up a nuclear BFG and modded that out in case things got hairy.
