In the wiki says that you only have to kill the shambler in order to make the lab cache to open in "Nightmare!". This is wrong since you have to kill Everybody and make sure Everybody is dead in order to open the lab cache.

I find this a bit annoying since you have to backtrack a lot to kill everyone and this is just a waste of time and medkits.

The wiki is entirely user generated content, so there are bound to be a few small errors.

I'm failing to see a bug here, though. It is pretty annoying, yeah, but it is the Nightmare! - you were warned that it wasn't remotely fair.

If you lure enemys into a doorway, you can kill them without leaving a corpse, which should help with the pesky respawns, making it slightly fairer. :)
And now that I've posted that, Kornel will probably find a way to fix it. -.-
