 Before him 54 brave souls have ventured into Phobos:
 44 of those were killed.
 1 of those was killed by something unknown.
 1 didn't read the thermonuclear bomb manual.
 And 3 couldn't handle the stress and committed a stupid suicide.

 Some rumours though, say that the Cyberdemon was killed already!
 Is he immortal? 5 souls claim to have killed him...
 1 sacrificed itself for the good of mankind.
 3 killed the bastard and survived.
 1 showed that it can outsmart hell itself.

Woohoo!  I thought I was going to have much more trouble with this badge, but I guess luck was on my side.  This was my second attempt (first ended rather abruptly).

There were a couple of close calls (although I suppose with only 10 HP the whole game is a close call):
- I finished clearing a cave-like level at one point, only to find the stairs behind 3 tiles of lava.  No environment suit.  Fortunately there was a Invulnerability Globe on the level.  It was so far away that if I hadn't removed my armor before attempting the run then I might not have made it.
- For more than half of the game I was relying almost exclusively on a combat shotgun for scouting and killing stuff (chaingun too unreliable due to poor accuracy and no damage buffs).  At about level 13 I was down to my last 10 shells when the RNG was merciful and gifted me with 3 former sergeants.  Back in the game!
- Encountered two Arachnotron caves; had to use a homing phase for one of them, and the last one probably would have killed me if the stairs hadn't been within running distance.

Very good!
I imagine that few players have the stamina to handle the 2+ hours of gameplay this mode almost forces.

I assume you completed the Halls of Carnage, which I think is almost impossible on AoHu without Badass boost or an environment suit to get the BFG. You can always kill the cacos/HKs w/ rockets and radar shooting but lava is an instant killer!

Now beat the Wall on AoHu for that hidden medal...
