Gatekeeper Diamond... Bugged?

I just cleared Hellgate on UV while playing on Max Carnage and not getting hit.  Didn't get the Gatekeeper Diamond, anyone know what's up?

Hmm...all I can say is that it does work as I have achieved it on UV/AoMC as show in this thread.

Maybe you took some other kind of damage other than direct damage? I know it worked in the 9.9.2 betas as intended

I'm not sure if entering with HP > 100% will incur trigger that you took damage when it decays.

This one warrants a little testing to be sure.

Well, if I took indirect damage it didn't drop my health below 100%  so... idk.

Edit: Bleh, I don't want to test this right now.  I'll just go for other badges.  The only other thing I can think of that would cause this is that I killed the last Bruiser Brother while he was out of sight with a power modded BFG.  Maybe I gibbed him and it didn't count?  Who knows.

Edit 2:  The only other real difference between my run and MaiZure's is that I never actually completed it.  I died on the following floor.

I did the same thing, cleared the hellgate on UV on AoMC.  I entered and left with exactly 100% HP but I didn't get the badge. 9.9.2.  I died shortly afterwards but didn't get the gatekeeper diamond medal. 

This was really my only hope at a diamond - I can do ok on UV, but nightmare is just too much.

I tried to find my mortem but couldn't, I can try again later if it will help.
