double apostrophe typos [FIXED]

Ugm:
I've noticed double apostrophes in some messages in a game, eg. afrter picking up a BFG - NOW YOU''L GET LOOSE or Fry''em clean..., or even Hell''s arena.
Version I play is 0.9.8.5 under Win2k.

Ah, thanks, I'll correct them now, and they'll be implemented when 0.9.8.6 comes out :).
