The unusual way to go about it was fixed, but there IS a new way to modify assemblies. I used this fact to build some power-modded speedloaders for this UV win.

Actually, I'm worried about the possibility of agility-modded phaseshift gravity boots...that would give +105%, which is more than the game should technically be able to handle.

It was upgraded to 6d6 damage in 0.9.9.3, making it basically a fast-loading missile launcher you can rocket-jump with.

Huh. That is good. And considering that bulk mods seem to be the most common after agility mods, it's got a good chance of actually being created, too.

Gravity boots move +80% regardless of the base item.

Also, gravity boots are probably too strong. But then, nano mods are too strong in general.
