Hey, I thought. This acronym corresponds to one of the cogs in the human body's energy machine.

I now want to see a comic with the doomguy eating a bunch of spare weapon mods, then getting hurt and exploding into double shotguns.

Kornel!  Make it such that you can throw anything at enemies and it causes damage proportional to the mass of the thing thrown.  Give it more distance for higher levels of Bru, and add additional bonus distance with Berserk mode.
