I have a feeling that it still doesn't break the .10 barrier (http://forum.chaosforge.org/index.php/topic,4294.0.html), but I figure eventually someone will find out.

Can someone with a dev console check this?

Firing time never goes below 0.1s.  SoaG 5 will reduce any single/double pistol firing time to 0.1s; other modifiers have no additional effect.
