-- General ---------------------------------------------------

Before him 763 brave souls have ventured into Phobos:
 649 of those were killed.
8 of those were killed by something unknown.
47 didn't read the thermonuclear bomb manual.
And 23 couldn't handle the stress and committed a stupid suicide.

Some rumours though, say that the Cyberdemon was killed already!
Is he immortal? 36 souls claim to have killed him...
4 sacrificed itself for the good of mankind.
32 killed the bastard and survived.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Every "He left as soon as possible" message means I left in 10 seconds or less. Because the player is slower on Nightmare! (giving the illusion that the monsters are faster) this means that on 6 levels (including the final level and 2 of the pre-chained court levels) I spawned within 8 steps of the stairs.

Congrats on the Diamond, it's a real pain to get.

How useful was Int2? My justification not to use it is that you can't kill anything anyway, so avoiding monsters when they very well may be sitting on the stairs won't help you win: when there are already so many monsters and speed is against you, guesswork is almost as good as Intuition anyway.

Well for starters, Int is really all you can get after ironman and TaN (or in my case, before TaN because I'm berserking so much) because you need to spend about 4 more trait points before you hit level 12 and get Iro 4 anyway. Secondly, nobody beat N! AoPc by assuming that they're going to get unlucky. Int 1 is for telling me where invincibility globes are and int 2 is for telling me how many monsters are between me and it. If there are no invincibility globes or all intuition 2 is telling me is "There's monsters EVERYWHERE!" then I didn't get lucky enough and I'd just wait for the run where I did get lucky enough.

Perhaps this is a n00b question but how'd you manage to kill so many monsters in the process?

And gosh darn, that's crazy! obviously.

Probably mean monsters killing smaller ones, hitting barrels, hitting each other with splash, running blindly through lava, etc.
