Playing the Angel of Light Travel on HMP at first the SOB was capped at level 3 as expected, but later after I got Whizkid suddenly a level 4 and even 5 was choosable. Needless to say I grabbed it ;-) Still, I guess that's a bug.

Also learned something: in lava pits 2 phase devices aren't nearly as good as a second env.suit. Damn things spawned me right next to stairs TWO times..there goes the full win..

Caps are extended to 5 for 3-slot and 3 for 2-slot skills starting from Character Level 12. Not a bug, this is intended behavior.

Oh, my bad, now that you point it out I remember reading something like that in the change log :-p
