How do i get more ammo?

How do i get more ammo for the crossbow, more knives , etc? And how do i heal??

No possibilieties yet :). As for healing you can use Fairy Dust if you still have it ('F' key).

Ahh, thanks for the information, the help file doesn't really make this stuff clear :/
