[0.9.9.3 WinXP] Error message when pulling a forces explosions lever

Pulled a random lever this morning and it forced explosions throughout the level.  It did not kill me but damaged me quite a bit.  There was an error message and it said to report the error.log so here it is.  The game did not crash and I was able to continue normally.

I noticed this was posted before but on Linux so maybe it helps to know that this is not platform specific?  I didn't think to check if the switch was destroyed by the explosions but in hindsight I think it was.

This is good timing as we are in the bug testing stages for the 0.9.9.4 release.
