Well, I took what I learned from my last game and did much better.
I was saving lots of red armor for UC, then I missed it.

 Some rumours though, say that the Cyberdemon was killed already!
 Is he immortal? 5 souls claim to have killed him...
 1 sacrificed itself for the good of mankind.
 4 killed the bastard and survived.

I probably would have won, but my 'zerk i had stored ran out 3 squares away from him.


I lost lots of health when my 'zerk ran out while trying to kill some Mancubi in melee to raise my rank. I'm a sucker for achievements.

Is it better to put power or bulk on a chainsaw? Or is it just personal preference?

I tried as a last ditch attempt to win to overcharge the nuclear plasma rifle without knowing if a AoB can do that. Can they?

Nice try. But unless you're trying anything special on AoB you should always consider going to unholy cathedral to pick up the spear. AoD is surprisingly easy if you do it right, and from the moment you get the spear, the rest of the game will be pretty much a breeze especially on HNTR.
But well indeed... you almost won a game with only basic melee weapons I guess. Doh. :D

Also yes the overcharge should've worked I think. Alas, your heroism cost you your life. :D

Is it better to put power or bulk on a chainsaw? Or is it just personal preference?

A bulk modded chainsaw does 5d6 and a power modded chainsaw does 4d7. 5d6 has a bit of a higher average (17.5 vs 16). This is nice because there are many other good uses for those precious power mods.

I meant to get the spear but  I missed the entrance. I think I was running for my life. I had a lot of extra red armor just for that reason.
