New Level Event: Haze

A thick haze settles in the area.

Accuracy: -5 for all beings in on the floor (does not affect sigh range though)
Visual change: Floor dots are now dark grey instead of light grey/white.

I think this type of event could be interesting for all builds except shotgun. Hopefully it happens in an Arach Cave!

Perhaps you could give shotguns a higer drop-off to equal out the damage a little. 3% makes all shotguns about 1 class worse for damage range.  Or even an extra to-hit roll, either modifying total damage by that percent or giving an actual to-hit roll, where some enemies will be hit an others won't. 75% for an example.

This isn't just haze, it's misty, dark tendils of coiling smoke, seeping up from the hellish ground you walk on. A haze is something you use binoculars for. This is as thick as soup, not just obcuring your vision, but slowing and even turning aside your shots.

Shouldn't be too hard to make up a level "feeling" message for it.
