Honestly, I think my speedrun gave me more useful information than my last melee non-AoB game did. Namely, that the Lava Pits are a convenient shortcut if you have to get away from a Mancubus and two Arachnotrons.

Arachnotrons were really the only threat at the end. I was even running up to Viles and stabbing them in the face.

My Nanofiber Duelist Armor proved exceptionally useful, even though I couldn't make it until after the Cathedral. Turns out that with that, O may as well be +

Wait until you try cerberus duelist armor :)  Really there's a lot of assemblies that work well with it, or even a simple P mod.

Congratulations on the win! With all those skulls, mortuary looks pretty tempting to me, but since it's so near the end I sometimes skip it in promising runs too.

I thought I could handle the Mortuary too.

Then I remembered what happened the last time I thought I could handle the Mortuary. Long story short, I couldn't.

Didn't want to chance it when I was so close to my first AoB win. I'll probably try again another time though.
