If you have questions regarding the game, try the Quick Questions thread. If you're just posting your thoughts about the game, considering replying in this thread instead of making a separate post. I wasn't going to bring it up for just a couple of cases, but since there ARE places for these things, it would be more organized to keep them in fewer, larger threads.

That Cybernetic Armor is not moddable isn't entirely true: modding uniques is now only allowed by Technicians. This should probably be mentioned explicitly on the Classes page of the Wiki, but I'd say it only requires a changed word or two (for instance "Technicians can fully mod this item" instead of "this item is fully moddable) on the item page.

Oh, I didn't know that about technicians. For another question (possibly answered already), can we still mod assembled items with WK(2) with a technician. I know that my scouts and marines can't do it, but can technicians?

(ps, I'm all for random posts littering the boards. I mean, I started the initial thoughts thread to this version, which I thought was a vague and pointless post, and I still think random questions and opinions are perfectly valid as spot threads. It's not as though there's THAT much activity on these forums).

actually, everybody can mod assembled items with Whizkid 2.  You just need to have Whizkid 2 before the assembly is created.  So master assemblies are always moddable :)
