During special levels, the game occasionally crashes. I am using DooMRL 0994, Windows XP.

The first time it happened was on Halls of Carnage. It just now happened twice on The Wall.

The error.log you posted suggests that your error was created in response to player input.  It will be helpful to us to what the last key you pressed before these errors occurred.  Also, if you know them, the traits and equipment you had (especially related to that last action) could be helpful if you remember them.
