Relatively safe now.

Once, i got the "safe" message, but later just happened to stumble upon a lost soul, after killing it i didnt get any more "safe" messages.

Wasn't this soul spawned earlier by a Pain Elemental? You don't gain experience for killing them, so maybe they don't count as an ordinary monsters?
