[WIKICOMP] Strategy Contest! (DEADLINE #5, Jun 17)

Man, this deadline somehow managed to approach pretty quickly. I'm going to extend it by a day (that is, midnight on Feb 4) so anyone who didn't have time on weekends can still squeeze something out in time.
Only one entry so far...hoping to see a lot more!
PS: I'm more lenient about the deadline itself, so you technically have until about midnight or so in your own timezone. Since I live in the eastern US, this means that I won't be accepting any more once I wake up, probably around eight or nine o'clock. (At that point the midnight line should have passed for everyone on the planet.)

EDIT: BFG9000 sent as well, although this one is just a few tips. But no one submitted anything (IIRC), so a few tips are better than nothing :).
