I finally made it!

AoB isn't half as hard as it sounds, at least on HNTR. In fact, this is my first victory!

I ran through the first 5 levels, quickly and without making too much noise; finally got the chainsaw and then started to kick ass!

With Brute 3 and Berserker 1 even AoD wasn't that tough; once I got LS I could face 6 Arachnotrons at a time without much worry.

Cybie was a joke. In fact, I finished with 5 spare large med-packs and two (!) thermonuclear bombs left.

You have Brute (3), but only +9 damage to melee, shouldnt it be +12 ?

AoB is very difficult at lower levels, but things'll start to look a lot better once you get your hands on the chainsaw, and when you finally get the LS, the rest is just piece of cake.

I managed to defeat JC this way quite easily - got to him fast before he had the chance to blast me into oblivion with his rocket launcher, and the BoH's he summoned just stood there idle scratching behind their ears and watched as I diced him into pieces 8-)
