[Solved][0.9.9.5] Oh no, arachnotrons kill me on AoOC before I even get to move!

Personally, I think this is hilarious.  But I've decided to change this (long-standing) issue not giving the player his customary grace period on the first level of the game.  In 0.9.9.6 you'll get to have a couple of actions before getting slaughtered by those arachnotrons.

Uranium:
Do not pass go.
Do not collect 200 UAC Credits.
