I'm not sure how it happened, but earlier today I earned my Lightfoot Silver Badge. Then I had other things to do, and when I ran DoomRL again a few hours later, my new silver badge was gone, but the game says I have a full win on Angel of Light Travel. Furthermore, the items screen correctly displays the berserker armor I found for the first time (how the hell do you wear that thing?) and my second Cybie Head I got on that run.

The mortem is also present.

Oh, and after the run, the badge was displayed for sure. I remember checking there to see that I only need one more silver to get a new rank.

Lightfoot Bronze is displayed correctly, but I might have gotten it earlier. Edit, yeah, I got bronze badge in the previous run, before I realized I need a melee build.

I earned the badge a second time and this time it stuck, so I guess no harm done. It would suck if this was to happen with a diamond badge, though.

That run doesn't happen to end with a death to JC (or nuking yourself there), does it?  But that wouldn't display the badge to you, so it's probably something else.

I had a standard win, impaled the mastermind on longinus spear. The game ended and both the mortem and the player profile showed that I won the lightfoot silver badge. I turned the game off and when I turned it on later, the badge was gone, but all the other stats were still there.

Here's the player profile and the mortem in question - notice how in the player profile it says that I have one standard win on Angle of Light Travel, but the corresponding badge isn't there.
