Mods able to modify items in inventory
« on: January 27, 2012, 05:44 »

I hate it when I have to equip the armor/weapon I want to modify first (realistically, you'd probably want to unequip whatever you are modifying, btw), so I though that maybe the mod options could ask [abwi], the last one being inventory, which would allow you to choose appropriate item in the inventory.

Seconded! I often get confused when trying to get the correct mods onto the correct items. Somehow my fingers get 'garbled' when switching armors/weapons if that makes sense. I often need to double check that yes, I have indeed swapped to a red armor before placing a bulk mod on it. Adding the option to mod items in inventory would really help this often confusing process (for me).

That will make more sense in creating Power armor or Nanofiber skin armor... Or less sense. Depending on what developers intended these cursed assemblies to be.
