Enhancement for 'look' command

Currently, if you look at a square occupied by an item or an enemy you do not know what's "under" it - a lever under that sergeant, lava or acid under the plasma rifle, etc.  'Look' command could be enhanced with additions like "there is also a lever there" or "the floor seems dangerous" in appropriate situations.
