There was a 0.9.9.3 mortem (I think) that had a nightmare caco cave and a lava elemental cave on the same floor, and IIRC, the poster said there were no cacos.

I really want to see a Cyberdemon cave, just for the novelty value, even if I die as a result.  :)  Has anyone ever actually encountered one?  (I haven't encountered a Bruiser or Shambler cave either)

Didn't encounter cave, but once encountered level consisting only of them.It was UV and it was tiresome.360 hp each and there was 8 of them.I shot and shot and shot and shot and...After killing 4 of them i gave up and ran away.
The message on entering should be changed - instead of "scream in terror" it should be "scream in frustration".
Also as they have Cateye it was almost a cave - i'm in the middle and all of them shooting from different directions.
