Alt fire and Alt reload support for mouse?

If you could add the possibility of using shift+right mouse click or shift+right mouse click on yourself, I would be grateful. Since I constantly keep forgetting about things like Alt fire, actually, I've never used it. I never remembered you could do that.

Try ALT-RMB (Right Mouse Button) on enemies for the alternate fire and on yourself for the alternate reload.
