[Fixed][0.9.9.6] The dropped item melts! There is a Hell Staff here.

Just checked, and it's any unique item that's dropped on acid/lava.

Yeah, I understood that. I just jumped at the opportunity to hijack this thread for bitching about accidentally melting useful items.

Well, thats certainly not a big bug, but looks ugly.

The other message would be better, eg:
"The * glows from the high temperature!"

And then you won't be able to pick the item again without fireproof gauntlets (or at least high fire resistance) ;).

I don't think that's such a hot idea. (pun intended, though I'm ashamed of myself)

At least I would think that it means something important and try to to figure it out/maybe drop some other items into lava to test it etc.
