Angel of Darkness monster respawning

Mogul:
Is Angel of Darkness supposed to make enemies respawn as if you were playing on Nightmare, even on Hey Not Too Rough?

Because it is.

This is my first game of AoD, so I don't know if it's supposed be to like this, but it doesn't seem right.

Yes they say it's normal, and is intended to be. I was hit with this as well :)

Klear:
I think it's intentionally not stated, to make the challenge more scary when you realize it (and twice as scary before you do).
