[0.9.9.6G] Alt+Enter twice

Actions: alt_keyDown, press enter, press enter, alt_keyUp.
Expected: alt+enter, alt+enter.
Got: alt+enter, enter.

AFAIK this is the usual behavior in most, if not nearly all programs.

cmd (WinXP): alt+enter works twice.
Media Player Classic: alt+enter works.
Windows Media Player: alt+enter works.

It's just an inconvenience, nothing critical.
Wanted to look what message in IM I got :)
