Almost all that you need to do it so far is posted under my first mortem in this topic. Also you need experience in melee, experience in surviving, and good luck. But try playing AoB on HMP with chainsaw and LS first. If you will do it to level 11 in Malicious Knives challenge with such recommendations, you can post here.))

Not quite Malicious Knives related post, but it continues tread of beating game without normal weapons. I haven't picked any weapon, even knife during all the game.

 7 killed the bastard and survived.
 3 showed that it can outsmart hell itself.

Cyberdemon was much, much easier than AoD. I used only 1 medikit to become Berserk, and no bleeding tricks was used. I teared him apart at first try without any saving with just bare hands. But game was done with savescumming, because without weapons you can only depend only on Berserk, or powerups on level. So you can make it only if you will be lucky to find inv., large health, or Berserk globe, or large medikit near every your spawning point.

Have you tried doing this at a lower difficulty w/o savescumming?

I just don't want. I will try to do it w/o savescumming on UV(now i know, what is general in such game and what is not) as soon as i will have time. It's session in my university, so i must prepare to it.
