AFAIK, killing Apostle on the very last level of standard game runs script that kills everything on the map automatically, so it is possible to win standard game both with 100% kill rate and Apostle Insignia medal.

In the Ao100 there is no any script involved that would kill some nightmare fleas which relate to Gatsu stuff. Thermo is useless. So its impossbile to win Ao100 with apostle insignia and 100% kill rate. Is it bug or not?

It doesn't sound like you've actually played this content; this is not an issue.
