[0.9.9.6] Single shotgun hitting newly spawned enemies

This is probably an old and known bug, but just in case: I killed the last caco in hell's arena with a standard shotgun, got asked if I want to go on, and when I said yes, a new caco spawned in front of me and immediately got damaged by the blast.

I think this might just be a generic "dialog causes last shot to fire again" sort of thing. I've noticed that whenever I take dualgunner, my last shot sort of happens again, only with both guns this time.

There's lots of these kind of things. I'm pretty sure when taking vampyre, if the level up kill was in melee, you get the hp bonus.
