0996G PhaserShift Armor Description Minor Bug

PhaserShift Armor description does not fit into the allotted space when viewing "E" screen (Equipment and Character Info).

I believe that a screenshot might be in order for bug reports like this.

No worries; this is the kind of thing that is trivial for us to reproduce.  It turns out that this isn't the only item with this problem.  It appears descriptions are limited to two lines.  I'll see if I can increase it.
