"Well, you get their attention by moving the web, like there's something caught in there." Xilla closes her eyes as she tries to remember. "But when you do make sure you are prepared. Spiders don't die easy. Wish we had a flamethrower, roasted they taste best."
While Xilla is talking she takes her crossbow pistol out of the backpack and starts loading it again.

"Need a light? Just tell me," MkLear says to Lazerus, puffing on his lho-stick. "We should wait a bit and examine this place carefully, before you do something rash."

Crouched, HexaDoken looks at his friends. He then sidesteps a bit to the right, places his shotgun on his shoulder, and takes another weapon from the bag - a laser rifle. Weapon emits a tiny dull light. Little gauge indicates that weapon is fully charged and ready. Mercerenary then aims weapon down the hole.
"In case of something, I'm covering ya."

"You're right", Lazerus says as he hauls the lamp back up. "We should make torches of some kind, if at all possible. Maybe the seats from the lander will burn. Fire's the one thing any of these crawling bastards can't stand."
