[IC] The Lesser of Two Heresies.
Esther:
The moment the spider jumps upon the right wall and starts running upwards, Xilla runs to the pile of webbing (%) on the right at the front of the hole. She can hear the voices of the others in the back, while she makes another run. This time for the wall on the right side of the hole. Pressing her back against the wall, she silently slides towards the entrance of the hole. One of her throwing knives falls into her hands after a flick of her left wrist, sword still in her right hand.
When she's beside the entrance, there are bullets and a voice calling out. As she was going to check the hole for more spiders, the bullets and the human voice startle Xilla. Standing in the shadows, Xilla then sees a cone of light aimed at MkLear's face. Hearing MkLear's answer, she waits for right the opportunity.
Silhar:
"Who are ye and what tha hell are ye doing 'ere?", the voice asks, still flashing right in MkLear's face. "Ye don't look familiar. And I know everyone in this Throne-forsaken place!"
"Do ye? Well, tell me about your affair with Lord Governor, pardner", another voice points out.
"Shut up!"
"Lower the light, man. He's not a bandit, sure as sure. Look at him - spooked to death, even his trousers are wet...", the other voice continues.
"Oi! Are there more of likes of you out there?", the third voice cuts in. "We mean no harm at all. This place is dangerous, y'know. Spiders - and Throne blind me, huge ones!"
LuckyDee:
Lazerus nods to MkLear, his head angled in the direction the voices are coming from as if urging him to do something...
Esther:
Xilla sees Lazerus nod towards MkLear. She then tries to spot Hexadoken, but can't seem to find him. The pillar and webbing must be in the way.
Klear:
"You are right we're not exactly from around here," MkLear replies with more confidence. "It's an interesting story. I'd be happy to share it with you, but I'd prefer to do so somewhere else, perhaps over a glass of amasec?"
