[0.9.9.6G /Ubuntu 32 bit] Some graphical casus

When I want to do some thing like walk around I see graphical effects like in this picture.
I'm Ubuntu User Now. 32-bit. Not proffessional, but middle like.

---some time later

In some situations I see full picture without some layers. When I can catch this too - send a picture.
