In some ways, the hell knights in CC+ are easier to deal with than cacos. If you cornershoot from inside the first room, hell knights will only be able to approach you along the safe paths between the lava, so you have more control over where they move. If they manage to get all the way to one of the door tiles, next to your cornershooting position, hopefully they'll already be injured enough that one last push into the lava will finish them off.

That works for the two on the left, but I'm wary about approaching the two on the right that way because losing one or both of the zerks really makes dealing with the AM difficult.
