I was taking globes to avoid distractions and discovered this.
I've been avoiding using them since.

(Large) medkits fail as should, and are worth using anyway so nobody else does ;)

Invulnerability is ok (I think it's not a big issue). As for large globes, I just fixed them (will be in the next beta).
