This applies to single run

1. Game starts with  "there is no sound card message".
2. On the title screen I can hear sounds when I move between menu items, but no music is heard
3. Music sometimes is garbled. It's sounds like SDL can't decide what it wants to play, I can hear several different songs for like 0.2 seconds (perhaps some buffering is involved?).
4. On level two I killed all the enemies. I pulled a lever that caused the level to fill with water. I then procedeed to next level. When I wanted do go down to next level, the game froze.
