On level 24 he found a hellish city.
Then at last he found the Phobos Arena.
There he finally defeated the Cyberdemon.

Some rumours though, say that the Cyberdemon was killed already!
Is he immortal? 7 souls claim to have killed him...

I used my usual strategy in Nightmare!(tm): Earn clvl 10 on dlvl 2, then run as deep, as i can. I need to notice that it was very lucky run.)) Several times i thought that i will be dead now, because swarm of Lost Souls blocked all exits, or because there was 2 AVs with BoHs, Cacodemons and others blocking stairs down, but every time i survived(2 phase devices saved me from Lost Souls, and just luck and skill saved me from AVs). On level 6 or 8 i found RL, it helped greately with Cyberdemon. I found on level 24 Inv globe, and it lasted until i killed Cybie. But i think that i was able to kill him even without it, due to 3 medpacks in backpack, RL, and dodging trick, described here. I haven't fired even 1 full round while travelling through levels, i just run. And one more: always have at least one free space in backpack, because you won't have time to unload items, while monsters are firing at you.

Some tips:

There are 2 main problems in such run: you need to have at least blue armor, and you need to be Berserk as long as possible. Chained Court helps in last task. Luck can provide you with armors(my run was unlucky in this case, so i never had enough armors).

Perk order: EE(helps to always remain coward while gathering exp on dlvl 2) -> HR*3(most needed here perk!) -> IM*3 -> TaN*3

On dlvl2 you need to do several tasks to gather exp without problems.
1)One demon must exist on level. On him you will gather all exp. Can be more than 1, but better if he is the only one.
2)No imps must be on level. They are firing from out of your LoS and decreasing you health very fast. Also they are annoying.
3)There must remain at least 1 chaingunner, on whom you need to farm ammo for chaingun.
4)You can end level without any medpacks(as i did), but better if your health will be more than 20%. Otherwise you can easily be killed by any monster at the start on level 4.

Any decrease of quantity of imps and demons can be performed by bodies deletion tricks. To remove unwanted corpse, you can do following:
1)You can kill monster on water, acid, lava, doorcase, or stairs.
2)You can kill monster, then, before it ressurects, you can guide another monster to step right on this corpse, and then kill it. Engine will delete previous corpse on this tile.
