I wanted to suggest this for quite some time but I always seem to forget it:

How about making the generated mortem files in the same format as when they are posted here on the forums instead of/in addition to the time and date signature? It would make it easier to find a specific mortem in the folder, and you could just copy the file name when posting a mortem...

With the game prompting you to enter a title upon completion?

With or without that, it sounds like a good idea to me. Time stamp should still be in it, though, as far as I'm concerned.
