[0.9.9.6] Post-Cyberdemon BFG Explosion

Hi all,

Just a simple bug report for 0.9.9.6.

Repro steps:
- Reach the Cyberdemon with a BFG
- Kill the Cyberdemon with the BFG. The final shot should hit him directly and kill him. (If you use the BFG exclusively on him, this is pretty easy to do.)
- Scroll through the narrative and onto the next level.

Expected behaviour: The BFG is long gone.
Actual behaviour: you still see the explosion of the BFG. On the current floor. What the ...

Uh, what era are you in, Thel? Last I checked, 0.9.9.6 was the most recent version to go gold.
