[0997G WinXP] Lag due to sound/music hiccups

Trouble with music on some pcs, has been reported before I think.

A probably good walkaround you can do is try to install the custom music files from Simon.
(go for ogg or flac if you prefer instead of mp3)

You can find them by following instructions in the all mega album stickied thread or whatever it's called. 1st post.

Had to do a fresh installation of my computer a week back, problem seems to have solved itself. Must have been some conflicting piece of software after all.

If it returns, I'll have Radagast's suggestion as a backup plan.
