Whoa, what?  I'm gonna double check that when I get the chance, but I'm pretty sure the resurrected creatures in the Mortuary don't give you experience.  Only the Arch-Viles do.  (Though Arch-Viles by themselves do give you quite a bit of experience)  Otherwise, that level would give you ludicrous amounts of experience, especially at Nightmare! where there are extra Mancubi!

The same with JC's minions.

Equality:
ok, I'm not sure... but really if you complete Mortuary in hard way (killing a hordes but not using sculls or BFG for bodies), you on HNTR get an extra level. 5-6 arch-viles do not enough for that.
And minions do not have experience. But summon when shoot JC from out of LOS have. Look in messages - I'v got a 14 level when killing some barons spawned on level.
